Network Rail has appointed BNP Paribas Real Estate as principal adviser across its 2.5m sq ft corporate office portfolio.
The three-year contract will see BNP Paribas Real Estate provide estates management, professional and transactional services across Network Rail’s 140-strong national office portfolio.
The move, to help drive operational efficiency across the estate, is the first time that Network Rail has appointed a single adviser.
BNP Paribas Real Estate also recently assumed responsibility for property management, real estate and facilities management services across National Grid’s 2,500-acre surplus property portfolio.
