US shared office company NeueHouse has confirmed it will open its first London site at the Adelphi Building, WC2.
The confirmation comes two months after Estates Gazette revealed NeueHouse was taking 60,000 sq ft at Blackstone’s art deco Strand block.
Quoting rent on the space was £70 per sq ft and the office will open in 2015.
NeueHouse offers members desk space in trendily decked out offices.
Ed Hodgson, leasing director for Blackstone, owner of the Adelphi Building, said: “We are thrilled that NeueHouse has chosen the Adelphi for its first location outside the US, kick-starting a network of global expansion.”
