Neville’s plans causing Historic England great concern

Plans by former Manchester United footballers Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs to redevelop part of Manchester’s city centre have drawn opposition from Historic England.

Historic England expressed great concern at the plans, saying they could cause a high level of harm to the conservation area and the setting of the buildings.
