The Queen has appointed Anne Richards and Hugh Seaborn to the Council of the Duchy of Lancaster.
Richards is chief investment officer of Aberdeen Asset Managers, while Seaborn is chief executive of the Portman Estate.
He replaces Sir Christopher Howes, who retires on 31 March after 12 years on the council. Sir Michael Bunbury remains chairman.
