Derwent London, Savills and SEGRO emerged as the big winners at this year’s EG Awards.
Derwent won the Creative Spaces award for its White Collar Factory, EC1, and was named Offices Company of the Year.
SEGRO, which has grown to become the UK’s largest listed property company, won the Industrial / Retail Company of the Year award and was also named National Property Company of the Year.

Savills won both the Residential and Global Adviser of the Year awards.
In new categories Knight Frank won the Alternative Sector award, while Demand Logic won the first EG Tech Award.
Freehold, the networking forum for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender professionals working within the real estate sector, won the Outstanding Contribution to Property Award.
The awards were presented by comedian Sara Pascoe at the Grosvenor House Hotel, W1. Winners and finalists were selected over two days of judging at the top of the BT Tower in London.
