New Brent Cross plan unveiled

Brent-Cross-nw4Hammerson and Standard Life have revealed updated plans for their £1.4bn redevelopment of Brent Cross shopping centre, NW4, ahead of a public consultation.

The mall will have an improved leisure offering, with 40 restaurants, a cinema and a hotel as well as 200 shops.

John Lewis and Fenwick will stay as anchor tenants and Marks & Spencer will move into a new store.

An application to Barnet Council is expected next year.

Cushman & Wakefield and Lunson Mitchenall are retail agents; Bruce Gillingham Pollard is the leisure agent.
