Camden Council has approved plans for a new 80-room Premier Inn hotel fronting Camden High Street.
The plans from Demar Holdings will see an existing two-storey 1930s building, which currently houses a Sports Direct store, demolished to make way for a part four and part five storey building at 115-119 Camden High Street.
It will include a new café and bar that will also be open to the public.
The scheme will also deliver three two-bedroom residential units for social rent with separate access from Delancey Street, as well as retail space at ground floor.
