Law firm Freeths has taken 8,000 sq ft in Aurora, a BREEAM Outstanding building at Finzels Reach, Bristol.
The move follows a period of growth for Freeths, which recorded an increase in revenue of 51% on the previous year, and will see it take almost twice the space it currently occupies – 4,500 sq ft – at 101 Victoria Street.
Aurora achieved BREEAM Outstanding and LEED Gold Standard when it was constructed and offers state-of-the-art workplace technology, co-working spaces and social areas.
Adam Watson, managing partner of Freeths Bristol, said: “We will be excited to move to our new home at Aurora in the new year. The move is another step forward in our growth since we opened in 2019. We continue to grow our Bristol offering and the move will give us a platform to do so.”
Freeths was advised by Cushman & Wakefield. The landlord was advised by Alder King.
