New designs unveiled for Multi Development’s Summer Row

  Belfast developer Multi Development has unveiled new designs for its £300m Summer Row shopping centre in Wolverhampton.   The developer is awaiting planning for the three-storey Van Heerden & Partners complex (pictured) on the corner of Cleveland Street and Snow Hill.   The 750,000 sq ft project comprises 550,000 sq ft of retail, 140 apartments, 85 shops, cinema, restaurants and cafes and basement parking.   It will be anchored by a 100,000 sq ft Debenhams store.   The scheme is due for completion in 2010.   helen.roxburgh@egi.co.uk
