Property finance specialist ASK has hired Kyri Hadjisoteris as a director from Geneva Management Group.
Hadjisoteris will join ASK’s real estate lending team.
He was previously part of Investec’s structured property finance team for more than 12 years, where he focused on real estate lending.
Most recently, he established the UK office for European property development and investment company Geneva Management Group, overseeing the creation of a portfolio with a development value of more than £300m.
Hadjisoteris began his career at Royal Bank of Scotland before moving to Investec.
ASK provides bespoke and flexible funding solutions to property developers, asset managers and joint venture partners.
This year, ASK has been involved in 10 deals throughout the UK and 27 since it was founded in 2016, with the total amount of lending extended topping £250m.
