The Portman Estate has secured a pair of upmarket restaurant operators at Portman Village, W1.
Basque grill Lurra has signed for 2,300 sq ft at 9 Seymour Place while modern Italian Bernardi’s will occupy 4,200 sq ft at 62-64 Seymour Street (pictured).
Both have signed 15-year leases at rents of £62 per sq ft. It will be US-owned Bernardi’s first UK restaurant and its second in Europe.
Lurra is the second restaurant concept from the team behind popular Basque tapas bar Donostia.
