Warburg Dillon Read has lost its global co-ordinator of property research, Martin Allen, to Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
He is joining the investment bank as an executive director and head of pan-European real estate research. Commenting on his appointment, Jack Mueller, head of research, said: “We are delighted that Martin is joining us. His considerable European experience and strong investor following enhances our ability to deliver a leading-edge real estate research service to both our equity and investment banking clients.”
