LandAid distributed close to £1.3m in grants in 2014/15, a 20% increase on the previous year and the most ever given by the property industry charity.
The grants helped support 6,767 young people and paid for 22 charities to improve their buildings, resulting in the renovation of more than 73,000 sq ft.
The charity’s pro bono programme – through which 16 companies lent their time and skills – gave the equivalent of £1.2m in property services.
LandAid has raised a total of £7.5m in the past five years and funded 100 projects through events such as the Towerathlon (pictured).
