New Kensington base for William, Kate and Harry’s charity

Prince-William-Kate-Middleton-engagement-THUMB.jpegA charity led by members of the Royal Family, has secured a new office in Kensington, W8.

The Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry has signed a 10-year lease for just over 4,000 sq ft at St Mary Abbots Place.

It will pay £40 per sq ft to landlord Samalco.

The foundation benefits causes including helping those that have served in the Armed Forces, and wildlife. Frost Meadowcroft represented the landlord; Miles Commercial advised the tenant.
