New letting agents raise hopes at Golden Square

GE Real Estate’s redevelopment of the southern side of Golden Square, W1, has new joint letting agents.

CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle have been appointed to the 43,612 sq ft 15 Golden Square development, which lies behind a retained façade.

The agents replace Dunlop Heywood Lorenz and DE&J Levy.

Benchmark, which was acquired by GE last year, completed the five-storey scheme in September but has, so far, failed to secure any tenants.

The quoting rent remains £55 per sq ft.
