Volant Media has signed at CIC’s Chiswick Park, W4, which is managed by Blackstone, for its first headquarters office.
The company has agreed to occupy 7,359 sq ft on a 10-year lease at a rent of £52.50 per sq ft.
Volant Media’s new premises will be in Building 11.
It will join other media and tech companies based at the 33-acre business park including CBS News, Paramount International and Discovery Networks Europe.
Savills, DTRE, and CBRE are the joint letting agents for Chiswick Park.
