Restaurant chain Frankie & Benny’s and bathroom retailer Bathstore.com have agreed to open at UK & European Investments’ RedCentral mixed-use scheme in Redhill, Surrey.
Frankie & Benny’s is taking 4,568 sq ft at £16.50 per sq ft rising to £17 per sq ft on a 25-year lease.
Bathstore.com will be taking 3,762 sq ft at £17.28 per sq ft for a term of 15 years.
