The Colmore Building in Birmingham is close to full occupation after signing two more tenants.
Now just 17,700 sq ft of space is left to let at the 315,000 sq ft office block, after professional services firm Aon took 23,000 sq ft on the 12th floor at £38 per sq ft and chief executive advisory firm Teneo took 4,000 sq ft on the third floor.
Blackstone bought the Colmore Building in April 2022 for £182m from Ashby Capital, which had paid £140m for it in 2014. The building is managed by Blackstone’s Revantage Real Estate platform.
Knight Frank and JLL are the joint leasing agents for the Colmore Building.
