Developer Citygrove has unveiled the first images of its £10m, 50,000 sq ft leisure scheme, designed by JWA, in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk – close to the cattle market redevelopment.
The scheme is to be anchored by a Cine-UK eight-screen multiplex cinema, and three of the four restaurant units have been prelet to ASK, Tootsies and Frankie & Benny’s. One remaining restaurant unit of 3,300 sq ft remains available.
Construction work began in August and the cinema and restaurants are scheduled to open to the public by Christmas 2005. Citygrove was advised by Edgerley Simpson Howe & Partners.
