Independent auctioneer Andrews & Robertson will launch a new-look catalogue and website this month.
The firm, which was acquired by Robin Cripp, the former chairman of Barnard Marcus auctions, in September last year, expanded its team in December. It now has two offices, in Chelsea, SW3, and Camberwell, SE5.
Cripp said: “Interest in auctions is noticeably higher. In the past few weeks we have sent out 50% more catalogues and there has been a significant increase in enquiries.
“We hope this will translate into business on the day at the New Connaught Rooms, London, on 18 February. We will offer lots on behalf of local authorities, receiverships and distressed property companies.”
