The fashion chain Superdry has bolstered its depleted boardroom with two financial heavyweights after the return of Julian Dunkerton, the founder, prompted an exodus.
In encouraging signs that stability could be returning, the retailer named Helen Weir, 56, the former Marks & Spencer finance chief, as its senior independent director. Alastair Miller, 61, the former New Look finance boss, is also joining Superdry’s board as chairman of its audit committee.
