Peveril Securities, Real Estate Development Partnerships and Red Property Services have bought the part-completed Howard Town Mill scheme in Glossop, Derbyshire, from administrator BDO.
The purchase means that work on the £10m scheme, which stalled when developer B&R Developments was placed into administration, can resume.
The new owners hope to complete the scheme by November.
