Development Securities is close to securing a deal with the Spanish fashion retailer to take the full 35,000 sq ft of retail at 333 Oxford Street. The retailer is understood to be paying £2.75m pa. The development, which includes 43,000 sq ft of offices, is one of the largest blocks of retail space available on Oxford Street. Dalgleish, Insignia Richard Ellis and Orme Associates are the letting agents. Harper Dennis Hobbs is retained by Zara. Allies & Morrison is the architect.
