A new international exhibition for the property industry will take place for the first time next October in Munich. The organiser, Messe München, says the International Commercial Real Estate Exposition will aim to attract a wide range of occupiers, as well as property investors, developers and agents.
A 38-member advisory board has been formed to devise the content of the event. Board member Bernhard D Kumpf, managing director of Jones Lang Wootton in Munich, said: “The sector is changing. Nowadays, if you want to get ahead in the commercial real estate business, you have to solve the potential users’ problems.”
The exhibition will be held from October 8 to 10.
