A fire last week at a Canary Wharf residential block was minutes away from being another Grenfell Tower.
The blaze at the 18-storey New Providence Wharf started on the eighth floor on 7 May and had jumped three floors by the time firefighters arrived twenty minutes later.
Ballymore had been due to begin replacing the cladding on the building three days after the fire took place.
