A new real estate consultancy and investment company, Somerhill Group, has been launched by Sam Henderson.
Henderson’s previous roles include head of transactions at MCR Property Group and land buyer at Berkeley Group.
With Somerhill, he will focus on delivering cross-sector consultancy services, specialising in land and investment acquisitions, development, planning and asset management.
Somerhill is also raising capital for investment opportunities and joint ventures. Henderson said he is looking to raise £5m-10m in the first round.
The consultancy will evolve over time into different vehicles such as Somerhill Investment and Somerhill Developments.
Somerhill will operate in sectors including residential, industrial, retail, offices, alternatives, hospitality, leisure, renewables and roadside.
