The retail agents behind Stockford Staunton have launched a new retail investment agency called Staunton Whiteman.
Hamish Whiteman and Nicholas Staunton collectively have more than 40 years of experience in the sector.
Over the past 10 years they have advised on the sale of more than £3bn of commercial property, specialising in the out of town retail and leisure sectors.
Staunton Whiteman most recently advised on the sale of Pasteur Road retail park in Great Yarmouth to Ediston Real Estate, acting on behalf of Europa Capital Partners, for £20.8m reflecting a net initial yield of 6.75%.
