Audley Retirement Villages board member Kevin Shaw has been appointed the company’s development director.
In his new role he will supervise all construction from planning stage to sales, and manage all budgets.
His move follows the expansion of Audley’s planning team earlier this month, when Tom Bagnall joined from Octopus Healthcare/MedicX and Matthew Armstrong joined from the Croudace Homes Group.
Previous to this John Nettleton, Audley’s land director, was promoted to the board.
Shaw said: “We’ve achieved a great deal and I’m looking forward to working with the rest of the board to build and continue our expansion. We have always put our customers at the heart of what we do and my ongoing role will be to consider our future owners throughout the construction process up to the villages’ operational stage.”
