The former chief executive of the Co-op’s banking arm has been appointed as a non-executive director of one of the branches of the demerged North West housebuilder Seddon Group.
Neville Richardson has been appointed to JSSH – a holding company for Novus Property Solutions, run by John Seddon and based in Stoke.
The company specialises in repair and maintenance and property management.
Richardson had previously been on the board of the Seddon Group before it was demerged into three companies, each run by a member of the family, for around 12 months.
He stepped down along with a number of other directors when the group was split in April.
