Delin Capital Asset management has hired Aerium Finance’s former finance director Andy Colman and Jonathan Gardner from Mapeley Estates.
The Jersey-based logistics investor has appointed Colman as finance director, with his experience including working as European chief financial officer for CBRE Global Investors.
Gardner has worked as a regional director of Ashtenne’s £500m industrial fund, as well as managing a £300m fund for Warner.
