London Metal Exchange has taken nearly 40,000 sq ft of space at Pembroke Real Estate’s 10 Finsbury Square, EC2.
The company will occupy the ground, first and second floor, making the 150,000 sq ft building 55% let and 74% let or under offer.

It means that for the first time we can bring together all of our staff in one location, as well as keep our commitment to the Ring, our open outcry trading floor.”
Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield are joint letting agents for 10 Finsbury Square.
