Sheelin Homes have revealed new lettings at their £50m shops and leisure complex, Omni Park in Santry, Dublin.
Pennys will take a department store while Crazy Prices and Texas Homecare have agreed to take units in the 50-shop scheme, which is attracting tenants at rents around £35 per sq ft. In addition to the 130,000 sq ft of shops, Sheelin plan a bowling alley, a multiplex cinema, health studio, a gymnasium, a hotel and a range of restaurants and cafes.
Agents for the scheme, which is under construction, are Jones Lang Wootton Dublin and Sherry Fitzgerald Dublin.
