Exemplar, Aviva and Kaupthing have secured their first tenant at 2 Fitzroy Place, W1.
Allfunds Banks – a joint subsidiary of Santander and Intesa Sanpaolo Group – has placed 17,000 sq ft under offer on the top two floors. It has agreed to pay around £90 per sq ft on a 10-year lease.
The joint venture developers have already prelet the whole of 1 Fitzroy Place to Estée Lauder, leaving 60,000 sq ft remaining from 220,000 sq ft across the two buildings.
Almost all of the 235 flats in the £750m mixed-use scheme have also now been sold.
JLL advised Allfunds; CBRE and JLL are letting agents on the scheme.
