New tenant plugs into Battersea’s 50 Electric Boulevard
Global marketing group Team Lewis has leased the top floor of 50 Electric Boulevard, SW8, on the Battersea Power Station estate.
It will make the 10,500 sq ft office its new global headquarters, relocating from its current location at Millbank Tower, SW1.
Alicia Solanki, senior vice-president at Team Lewis, said the key attractions of the office were the “proximity to transport, infrastructure, an iconic backdrop and green credentials”.

The lease follows an announcement in June that SharkNinja had taken a 32,000 sq ft lease for its new EMEA headquarters.
Sam Cotton, head of asset management at Battersea Power Station Development Company, said the news reinforced the attractiveness of the scheme and endorsed “the business community and broader offering we have worked hard to establish here.”
