Watch shop boutique.Goldsmiths has signed for a new shop at the Friary Centre, Guildford, Hampshire.
It will opening a 1,085 sq ft shop and has agreed a deal for a ten-year lease with owner M&G Real Estate.
Pasta bar Maccheroni has also signed for a new 741 sq ft restaurant at the centre on a five-year lease.
Scott Linard, director, asset management and leasing for M&G Real Estate, said: “boutique.Goldsmiths and Maccheroni join The Friary at a time of significant retailer interest in the scheme, while Guildford goes from strength to strength as one of the South East’s dominant fashion hubs.”
Lunson Mitchenall and Time Retail Partners acted for M&G Real Estate, and boutique.Goldsmiths represented itself.
