LaSalle Investment Management and RREEF have completed three lettings and extended two leases at Castle Marina Retail Park in Nottingham.
This includes a letting to coffee house, Costa Coffee, which will be opening its first UK drive-thru store at the park.
Co-owners LaSalle and RREEF have signed a 10-year lease with Costa for a 1,840 sq ft shop which will open on 27 May.
On the same day, Best Buy, the consumer electronics retailer, will also open a 34,000 sq ft shop with a lease of 20 years.
Earlier this year, Betta Living, the fitted bedroom and kitchen specialist, opened a 5,300 sq ft store on a 10-year lease.
Carpetright and Mothercare have extended the terms of their leases to 2025 and 2020 respectively.
Dixons Stores Group’s 34,300 sq ft store is rebranding as Curry’s Megastore.
Castle Marina Retail Park is located on Castle Bridge Road, eight miles from Nottingham city centre.
