New tenants soar into Concord London’s £120m Marylebone scheme

Developer Concord London has signed a duo of new retail tenants for its £120m Marylebone Square scheme at 1 Moxon Street, W1.

The mixed-use development has 40,000 sq ft of retail space and 79 homes.

Coffee bar Special Guests has taken 650 sq ft in the square and is set to open this month, while Swedish health-tech company Neko Health is marking its UK debut with a lease for 6,500 sq ft.

Christopher Murray, managing director and co-founder of Concord London, said: “After living and working in Marylebone for the past 30 years, I’m committed to contributing to the local community and enhancing its future. These retailers are thoughtfully curated to complement, not compete with, the existing excellence of Marylebone’s retailers.”
