Plans to transform a gas-holder site in Sutton, Surrey into a £50m mixed-use development will be submitted early next year.
Retail developer LxB, advised by the Harris Partnership, plans to turn the six-acre site into a scheme providing a 116,000 sq ft Sainsbury’s, a 120-bedroom Accor hotel, 150 homes and 20,000 sq ft of leisure.
Subject to consent, work on site is expected to begin in mid-2013.
