New West End HQ for Urban & Civic

50-New-Bond-Street-THUMBUrban & Civic has signed a deal for a West End HQ at 50 New Bond Street, W1.

The deal comes after Urban & Civic completed a reverse takeover of developer Terrace Hill in May 2014. The 6,685 sq ft of space signed for will house the two merged companies.

Urban & Civic will relocate from Mount Row and the Terrace Hill team will move from Portland Place, both W1.

A combined team of 28 will work initially from New Bond Street, with scope for expansion when needed.

The company has taken a lease assignment from Ophir Energy in the building, which is owned by SWIP.
