Spanish streetwear brand Cold Culture has appointed Newmark to exclusively advise on its European expansion plans.
Alongside expansion in Spain, the retailer is also eyeing stores in London, Berlin and Amsterdam.
The retailer already has a flagship store at Calle de Colón in Madrid, as well as a strong online presence.
Ana Mendi, executive director at Newmark, said: “Known for its high-quality, creative apparel, the brand has built a dedicated following both in Spain and online, making this the ideal time for strategic growth.
“With a strong foundation in Madrid and impressive online engagement, there is a clear demand for Cold Culture’s unique collections.”
Andres Varela, chief executive of Cold Culture, added: “Our vision has always been to make Cold Culture a global streetwear brand and this expansion will be a major milestone towards achieving that goal. Newmark support gives us the expertise and reach to strategically enter new locations, allowing us to connect with people that share our passion for authentic street style.”
