NewRiver has appointed Baroness Ford of Cunninghame as the company’s senior independent non-executive director.
Ford has more than 20 years’ experience as a non-executive director and chairman of private and stock exchange-listed companies, as well as experience of working with government. She will step into the role on 1 September.
She is currently chairman of STV Group and senior independent non-executive director of SEGRO.
Paul Roy, chairman of NewRiver said: “Margaret has a wealth of experience operating in senior roles in real estate and across a number of other sectors which I am confident will be of significant benefit to NewRiver as the business continues to grow.”
