NewRiver Retail has appointed two new non-executive directors. Hermes Real Estate chief executive Chris Taylor and former Capital Shopping Centres managing director Kaye Chaldecott will join the retail REIT’s board on 31 March.
At the same time, current non-executive directors Peter Tom and Susie Farnon will stand down from the board to pursue other business interests.
The move comes less than a month after the AIM-listed investor appointed Jones Lang LaSalle’s Charles Miller as development director.
