NewRiver Retail has transferred its listing to London’s main market from Aim, despite the threats to the retail property sector from the Brexit vote and ecommerce.
Chief financial officer Mark Davies said the company believes its business model is resilient to the threat from online.
The company operates £1.2bn of shopping centres, stores and warehouses. Its portfolio is dominated by offline retailers such as Aldi, Iceland and Primark, Davies said.
