A national newspaper is rumoured to be likely to join Arts Council England (ACE) at the old Royal Mail sorting office, in New Oxford Street, in the West End of London, by spring 2005.
ACE has offices in Great Peter Street and extra space in Stag Place.
ACE’s move should save it £1m a year.
