Oil and gas company Nexen has entered advanced talks to take the whole of the 82,500 sq ft Stanza Building in Uxbridge, west London.
Nexen is in negotiations with Bell Hammer and Rockspring to take all of their development on 97 Oxford Road, Estates Gazette understands.
The firm, which instructed NAI Haywards earlier this year to advise on a new headquarters search, wants to increase its size from its relatively smaller Charter Place office space, also in Uxbridge.
Quoting rent at the property, which is being let by CBRE and Knight Frank, is £33.50 per sq ft.
Nexen was unavailable for comment. All other parties declined to comment.
