Communications company Next 15 has signed a 10-year lease at UBS’s 110 High Holborn, WC1.
One of three new tenants to sign at the building, it has taken the 8,900 sq ft sixth floor at a rent of £64 per sq ft.
It will join Reed Elsevier, owner of Estates Gazette.
Cushman & Wakefield and Farebrother advised UBS; Monmouth Dean acted for Next 15.
All parties declined to comment.
