A2Dominion and Thames Valley Police have submitted plans to build up to 1,000 new homes at North West Bicester to Cherwell District Council.
The scheme will also include a primary and secondary school, social and community facilities, improved infrastructure and new green spaces.
The proposals form part of the wider Bicester eco-town development – A2Dominion’s Elmsbrook scheme of 413 private and affordable homes formed the initial phase.
