Two developments in the Derby city centre masterplan have been given the go ahead.
Prosperity Capital Partner’s 319-bed £23m student block and the 500-home Nightingale Quarter by Nightingale Quarter Estates have been approved by Derby City Council.
Martin Rawson, deputy leader of Derby City Council, said: “Both developments represent a significant step forward in the delivery of the city centre masterplan, and will have a positive impact on the city.”
