Next signs for London’s Kew Retail Park

Next has taken a 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) store at Kew Retail Park in London.

The clothes retailer has signed for a 15-year lease on Unit 3 at the park, with five-yearly reviews at a rent equating to £32.50 per sq ft (£350 per sq m).

The Retail Park, owned jointly by Henderson Global Investors and Marks & Spencer, is anchored by M&S, Boots and Mothercare World.

Blair Kirkman was the agent for Axa Real Estate Investment Managers, the subsidiary of Axa Sun Life which sold its share in the park to Henderson for £35m last month.
