Next is to take a 64,500 sq ft store at Drake Circus, P&O Developments’ and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment Fund’s shopping centre in Plymouth, Devon.
It will occupy the upper half of the 130,000 sq ft anchor store in the £200m centre.
The space was formerly let to the now defunct Allders. Primark is taking the lower half.
Drake Circus is scheduled to open in autumn next year and is more than 70% let.
